There are no American players with earnings.
I send my spreadsheets to my accountant and then he tells me how much money I owe and then I cry a little bit
The only thing I’m getting taxed on are promotional winnings (like high hand and stuff). The casino reports those, and maybe big slot jackpots or otherwise but I think unless you’re pulling 10k+ you don’t need to think about it

IRS here open up
Schedule 1 line 8 is where your winnings are listed. It then appears on Form 1040 line 8. To deduct losses, itemize with Schedule A.
Income is income.
I know of no requirement in America to report taxes and I am unaware of any offshore site charging taxes.
Oops, I meant to say earnings rather than taxes/
Earnings are reported on line 8 of the 1040 form.
The pedantry is strong with this one.
